Children's Registered Home Manager

Nottingham

£40000 plus benefits and bonus


My client is a national charity, one of the largest within the UK covering adults and childrens services throughout and they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a registered children's home manager to take over one of their homes in the Nottingham area, this a registered home for 3 to 4 children with EBD.


Some of the responsibilities for a Registered Home Manager will include;


Becoming Registered with Ofsted to manage the home.

Ensuring all home is managed to a high standard in line with Ofsted legislation.

Ensuring all staff are recruited, and supervisions and reviews are conducted .

To liaise with all outside agencies building relationships new and existing.

To provide support to all children within their home.


As a registered children's home manager you will need to have previously been within a similar position and have been previously registered as a managed with Ofsted. You will also need to hold a relevant Care Management qualification.
