My client is a Learning disabilities supported living service provider in Manchester and they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a experienced Quality Support Manager to join the team.
Your role as a Quality Manager will be some of the following;
1. Conduct robust compliance visits to the services, reporting on data related to inspections, clinical governance and action plans, analyse trends and feedback to Regional Directors and Head of Compliance.
2. To strengthen and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, through professional communication following the Duty of Candour in being transparent whilst ensuring improvement plans are specific and acted upon.
3. Provide specialist advice and knowledge, working collaboratively with the teams and the wider multi-disciplinary teams.
4. To assist the regional team with bench marking homes, from a compliance point of view, developing robust action plans, and supporting change within the services for adults with Learning disabilities.
You will be based within the Manchester office and cover the suggested areas within the area, they will offer a fantastic package.
